Marcio Andre BJJ World Champion supports Live Jiu-Jitsu
100% of the merchandise sales goes to Live Jiu-Jitsu
Live Jiu-Jitsu aims to inspire positive change in the lives of impoverished communities through the study and implementation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through the use of this “gentle art,” we plan to provide an enriching learning environment through programs lead by top-class instructors. We provide opportunities for students to embrace the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while enhancing their livelihood. Through financial support and donations, we create hope, ultimately creating champions not only in competition, but champions in life.
Live Jiu-Jitsu is sponsoring around 40 athletes from five different projects to compete at the 2018 IBJJF/CBJJ Brazilian Nationals on April 28th & 29th.

What is Live Jiu-Jitsu?
Our Mission and Goals
Meet our Ambassador Marcio Andre:
Marcio André is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Fábio Andrade who is regarded as one of the top athletes of his generation in the sport. A great story of success through jiu jitsu, Marcio André almost succumbed to the grooming of criminality, but managed to overcome this through Andrade and his work with underprivileged kids. Today André is the prime representative of the Família Bangu Jiu Jitsu, a small and humble affiliate academy of the Nova Uniao team that has brought to Jiu Jitsu a sizeable number of top of the line competitors during the 2010 decade.
